The company’s High Concentration Photovoltaic Thermal (HCPVT) system is based on Swiss technology, with contributions from ETH Zurich and IBM Research Zurich. Like a sunflower, it tracks the sun for maximum energy efficiency.
Voltitude, the Swiss folding electric bike, captivated people’s attention not only for its attractive design at first glance, but the clever structure that enables users to fold and unfold the bicycle at almost one snap. Mr. Robert Champoud, managing director of the Euro-Far East Co. entrusted to introduce the motor scooter inspired bike in Japan, enchanted the visitors with the genius design.
It was the first time the annual show had international participants. The two other exhibitors from abroad were Germany and Iceland, introducing their efforts and technologies related to renewable energy.
